An organization turned towards the future, the TPF face important challenges of evolution in their railway operations, both on the human, organizational, and technological levels. In this context, marked in particular by the upcoming retirement of the current post holder, the TPF are looking for an experienced personality as Head of Railway Operations (M/F) ## A key role for reliable and performant operations ### ### Your responsibilities ### As a member of the extended TPF TRAFIC management, you assume global responsibility for activities related to railway operations and their development. At the interface between strategy and operations, you guarantee safe, performant, and quality operations in a demanding and highly regulated environment. You pilot all activities in your domain, ensure event and special situation management, and lead operational evolution projects. As such, you accompany in particular the introduction of new digital tools, process adaptation, the arrival of new rolling stock, as well as the structuring of training and quality monitoring. A true conductor of railway operations, you supervise, develop, and unite the teams in your entity, both directly and indirectly. You promote a demanding, cooperative, and constructive work environment, conducive to engagement and sustainable performance. You ensure clear and constructive communication with internal and external partners, including social partners, and represent the interests of TPF TRAFIC within the bodies and organs of the railway sector. Your profile ### Structured, pragmatic, and committed personality, you have a real sense of perspective and a systemic approach that allows you to evolve with ease in complex environments. Endowed with a developed sense of humanity, you know how to establish a climate of trust, manage sensitive situations, and unite multidisciplinary teams around clear objectives. Your career has led you to lead transformations, implement tools in complex organizations, and make decisions in demanding contexts. At ease in communication, you interact with varied interlocutors, within the organization as well as with institutional and external partners, combining strategic vision and operational pragmatism. Benefiting from higher education, you justify confirmed experience in the railway sector or in a comparable operational environment. A good knowledge of the regulatory framework, in particular the LDT, as well as digital tools related to railway operations, is an asset. You perfectly master French; good knowledge of German is desirable.
