To strengthen our team, we are looking for a/an from September 2026
Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:
Reception, assistance, scheduling as well as billing of spa services with day guests and hotel guests
Informing guests about the entire spectrum of wellness services and spa facilities as well as conducting tours through the Alpine Spa
Proactive sale of the entire product range, customer loyalty, cross-selling for spa treatments
Support in acquiring and looking after our spa members
Daily tidying work in the spa and inspection of the workplace
General assistance in the spa
We are looking for a cheerful and service-oriented personality who brings experience in a comparable position in the international luxury segment. You come from the hotel industry or the wellness sector and the guest's well-being is always your top priority. Through your training, you are familiar with front office processes and preferably know how to implement LQA standards. We imagine an independent and motivated personality who is reliable and enjoys working in a team. You speak fluent German and English and can communicate in other foreign languages, preferably know the TAC Reservations system and have good MS Office skills.
