Quality Control (QC) & Administration 50% (m/f/d)

Your main tasks include:

Incoming goods inspection of raw materials and packaging materials
Sampling, documentation, and preparation of samples for external analyses
Execution of simple in-house tests (e.g., moisture or density tests)
Control of production batches and inspection of production documents
Monitoring compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines (GHP/HACCP)
Maintenance and organization of QC documents and test reports
General administrative tasks (correspondence, filing, data maintenance)
Support in the ordering process as well as maintenance of stock and material lists

You bring the following qualifications and characteristics with you:

Completed training in the commercial sector or the food/chemical industry
Experience in a regulated environment (food, pharma, cosmetics) is an advantage
Basic knowledge of quality management or QC processes
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
Good MS Office skills
Reliable, careful, and structured way of working
Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
