The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for l-Hôpital de Morges for a:

Assistant in community health and care - ASSC surgery (F/M) at 80-100%

To strengthen our Surgery department, from 01/01/2027 or by agreement.

YOU POSSESS

• A CFC d-ASSC or any other title deemed equivalent.
• A first experience acquired in an acute care service, an asset.
• A good mastery of usual IT tools and good knowledge of English, assets.
• A posture in connection with the mission of the unit.
• Good organizational skills (anticipating, planning, coordinating).
• A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good emotional mastery, proactivity, and flexibility.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patient base entrusted to them, taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within their field of competence and under nursing delegation.
• Support the physical, social, and psychic well-being of the entrusted patient base and help them organize daily activities.
• Be responsible for the management of the patient's direct environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
• Optimize care through a personalized, global, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
• Participate actively and constructively in teamwork.
