A motivated team of over 130 employees ensures that the 100 residents find a harmonious home and are lovingly cared for and taken care of according to their needs. In addition to the ZENTRUM RÄMIS MÜHLE, there is also a hotel and seminar operation, around 50 rental apartments, a warehouse, two playgrounds, a fire pit, and our animal enclosures for alpacas, pygmy goats, mini-pigs, and rabbits. As Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH, FaGe, you will take on responsibility and represent the ward management. In this versatile and attractive position, you will support the ward management in the organization and leadership of a team. The team cares for around 45 residents with varying degrees of care needs in a nursing department. With your empathetic, calm, and goal-oriented way of working, you ensure that residents feel comfortable and safe in our house and are cared for and nursed with the best possible quality. You will be supported by a motivated and committed team. In the function as deputy ward management, good communication is very important. You listen attentively and can also explain complex matters in understandable words. What you bring with you You have training as a Pflegefachperson HF (if you completed your training abroad, we mandatory require SRK recognition of your diploma). You already have experience in staff leadership. You love the change between everyday life in nursing, the exchange with employees, and organizational tasks.
