Transport Logistics Clerk What you can achieve You are the central contact person for the driving staff and ensure compliance with internal processes such as sorting and preparation of goods. You process and coordinate reports and notifications efficiently and in a structured manner, while ensuring the clarification of irregularities. You monitor delivery tours, shuttle traffic, and ensure their smooth operation. In addition, you organize special trips, clarify addresses in case of discrepancies, and keep an eye on deadlines at all times, thereby ensuring a smooth and efficient transport process. You conduct debriefings of delivery and collection tours and ensure quality as well as completeness. You monitor the arrivals and departures of international lines as well as the shuttle traffic and ensure communication with internal and external partners. Furthermore, you process complaints and ensure the flow of information to invoicing and transport purchasing. What you bring with you You have experience in the logistics industry and in dealing with drivers as well as logistics employees. You also bring good user knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), through which you perform administrative tasks efficiently. You work independently, think analytically, and have a high level of comprehension. In addition, you show decisiveness, assertiveness, and high adaptability, through which you act confidently even in dynamic situations. You are ready to work in multi-shift operations (Mo–Fr 04:30–22:00; two Saturdays per month 06:00 – 09:00). You communicate very well orally and in writing in German.
