Technical Procurement Specialist 80 - 100 %

Your Field of Activity

You support the entire procurement team in their daily work

You actively participate in price and contract negotiations as well as in supplier management

You contribute to ensuring that material is available and everything functions smoothly

You take on co-responsibility and assist with all procurement activities – especially with the creation and dispatch of orders and framework agreements

You manage projects in complaint management independently and in a solution-oriented manner

You receive damage cases and efficiently coordinate the further steps with internal and external bodies

You create damage reports and analyze external documents such as reports and measurement protocols

Your Profile

You have a completed commercial or technical education, ideally supplemented by further training in procurement

You bring practical experience in procurement and order processing

Technical affinity in the cable and LAN sector is among your strengths

You have already gained project experience in a technical environment

You enjoy working in procurement and contribute with enthusiasm

You work independently, proactively, and efficiently, demonstrating high initiative as well as a strong service orientation

You speak very good German and English; French and Italian skills are a plus
