Office des constructions | 100% | Coire and regions ##

As the specialized construction service of the canton of Graubünden, the Office des constructions represents the interests of the canton as a real estate owner and/or client and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes the structuring of the real estate portfolio, the planning, realization, and management of real estate as well as consulting.

We are looking for an immediate or by agreement facility services property manager for the Regions.

Your area of responsibility

• Ensure high availability of cantonal infrastructure and buildings as well as an efficient and seamless provision of necessary services
• Responsibility for the coordination, direction, and planning of personnel as well as the invoicing and control of maintenance work and services related to the management of objects in the assigned portfolio
• Planning and management of special tasks concerning the assigned objects
• Support to property managers for the correct direction and execution of cleaning and maintenance work of building structures as well as outdoor areas
• Support to property managers for the coordination of interventions by external service providers (e.g., artisans, cleaning companies, etc.)
• Active participation in the provision of services and the continuous improvement of existing processes

What we expect from you

• Completed training in the artisanal or technical field
• Additional training as a facility management and maintenance manager (HFP) or willingness to acquire this training
• Great sense of responsibility and quality
• Availability to intervene technically
• Networking spirit as well as an autonomous and solution-oriented working method
• Good knowledge of IT applications
