Our client is an established family business in the construction industry. Your tasks: • Independent management and execution of structural engineering projects • Planning and organization of work and project processes • Responsibility and monitoring of deadlines, occupational safety, quality and costs • Leadership and supervision of foremen and construction site teams • Tendering, awarding and coordination of subcontractors • Contact person for clients, architects, specialist planners and authorities • Cooperation with various project partners and stakeholders • Measurement, billing and additional claim management • Creation and maintenance of project documents, overviews and evaluations • Creation of construction schedules, cost controls and project reportings Your profile: • Completed training in the main construction industry with further training as Bau-führer HF, civil engineer or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the management of structural engineering projects • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong cost and quality awareness • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Leadership competence, sense of responsibility and good communication skills • Confident handling of common digital work tools and applications • Very good German skills in spoken and written • Driver's license category B What you can expect: • A versatile and responsible activity in a committed working environment • Opportunities for personal and professional development • Promotion and support for further training and qualifications
