What you can contribute

• Ensure the decommissioning process of army equipment in accordance with internal directives and guidelines
• Examine the content of decommissioning requests as part of quality assurance
• Autonomously and proactively manage the portfolio of mandates assigned to you, from their initiation to their official closure
• Enforce and ensure compliance with deadlines, quantities, and conditions set with our partners
• Coordinate logistical agreements concerning equipment, its allocation to cultural property or the gift fund, or its transfer to points of sale or disposal
• Establish transfer and liquidation orders and ensure final processing in the SAP system

What makes you unique

• Completed basic training in the commercial or logistics field, accompanied by several years of professional experience related to the function
• Ideally, higher professional training in logistics or business management
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office computer systems
• Great sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and ability to adopt a global and analytical approach
• Team spirit, excellent communication skills associated with an ability to assert oneself and a deep understanding of processes
• Oral and written knowledge in a second official language

Closing the loop: you assume a key liaison role between equipment management, logistics, and valorization, and you ensure the professionalism and traceability of a parsimonious decommissioning of military equipment
