Medical Practice Assistant / FAGE (m/w) 60-100% To strengthen our Vista team at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for a qualified and motivated personality as a Medical Practice Assistant / FAGE (m/w) 60-100 % starting from 1. September 2026 or by arrangement. Vista Augenpraxen & Kliniken, with its around 35 locations and about 500 employees, is the largest provider of ophthalmology in Switzerland. We offer first-class medical services for our patients and set standards in the specialist disciplines of ophthalmology, eye surgery, and laser eye medicine. In this role, you are a central contact person for patients, internal and referring doctors, the non-medical staff of our practice, as well as other Vista locations in the region. Your tasks Patient reception and care in a lively environment Preoperative preparation, pre-drops, and postoperative care of our patients Providing patient records Assisting with minor surgical procedures Dispensing medication as ordered by the doctor Inventory management of medical products Participation in the preparation of surgical instruments What you bring with you A completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Fachmann/frau Gesundheit with relevant professional experience Strong customer orientation and willingness to perform The desire to learn new things and to develop further The willingness to take on responsibility within a team Very good German skills, other languages are an advantage Good knowledge of standard PC applications Sterikurs certificate is an advantage We offer you Benefit from at least five weeks of vacation, strong social benefits such as above-average employer contributions to your professional pension scheme and private accident insurance worldwide.
