On behalf of seven industry associations, we look after around 900 companies and self-employed persons with over 45,000 employees in all 26 cantons of Switzerland. What awaits you Look forward to a versatile field of tasks with personal responsibility: You independently process national and international benefit cases in the area of family allowances. You check benefit claims and make well-founded decisions. You are in exchange with insured persons, employers, and social insurance providers at home and abroad. You advise our customers competently and in an oriented manner. You contribute your ideas to the further development and optimization of our processes. What you bring with you Commercial basic training (EFZ) Experience in a qualified clerical function or in the social insurance sector is an advantage You communicate confidently in German. Further language skills – in particular Italian, French, English, or Spanish – are an advantage. Every additional foreign language is welcome and helps you in contact with our diverse clientele.
