As a Site Manager, you will take responsibility for a significant property in the heart of Bern and, together with your team, ensure that people can work in a functional, well-maintained, and pleasant environment every day. What awaits you You take overall responsibility for a property and ensure smooth operations. You lead, support, and develop your team and ensure appreciative and successful cooperation. You are the first point of contact for our customers and maintain trusting relationships. You recognize the needs of the customer, act proactively, and ensure high service quality. You coordinate and monitor infrastructural as well as technical services and ensure that all services are provided on time and in high quality. You process complaints and fault reports in a solution-oriented manner and initiate the necessary measures. You plan and coordinate maintenance, repair, and minor renovation work. You work closely with various stakeholders and actively support cross-departmental cooperation. What you bring with you You have completed vocational training, ideally in a technical, manual, or service-oriented environment. You bring experience in leading employees and know how to promote and motivate people. You convince through your strong customer and service orientation. You listen, understand different perspectives, and approach people with empathy and respect. You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. You think ahead, recognize the need for action early, and tackle tasks proactively. You are open to new things, willing to learn, and value exchange with your team. You communicate confidently in German and appear confident and engaging.
