Project Manager - Social and Environmental Responsibility (RSE) Hub - 80%

As an RSE project manager, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of the HUG sustainability strategy, and more specifically to its environmental component. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and documenting the sustainability performance of the HUG, establishing the institution's carbon footprint, and monitoring and coordinating the sustainability action plan. In close collaboration with the various services, directorates, and departments of the institution, you will lead projects related to the implementation of the sustainability strategy as well as sustainability awareness projects and events. You will provide expert support to the various services, directorates, and departments in the fields of sustainable development and more specifically environmental and climate protection. You will advise on best practices and implement initiatives to promote sustainability within the HUG. You hold a university degree at Master's level in the field of environment, sustainable development, or an equivalent deemed equivalent, with at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders. Certifications in project management (HERMES; IPMA, Prince2 or PMI), change management, and carbon footprint are preferred. You are a pragmatic person with excellent interpersonal skills and good listening abilities. Your ability to influence without a direct hierarchical link allows you to evolve easily in multidisciplinary contexts and to work transversally. You have an excellent ability to synthesize and very good writing and oral presentation skills. You have an excellent command of spoken and written French as well as a very good level of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is an asset. The Social and Environmental Responsibility (RSE) Hub has the mission of coordinating the implementation of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy for the entire institution, in close collaboration with all departments and directorates of the hospital.
