Customer Service Representative Internal Sales Wood Materials 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Processing and handling of customer orders / creation of offers
• Customer consulting / sales (by telephone, in person, by email); regular assistance at the collection counter
• Purchasing of consignment and stock goods in the assigned area
• Control and mutation of purchase prices
• Monitoring of master data and price lists
• Assistance in the creation of sales documents
• Support for the field service

Your strengths

• Completed vocational training in the wood industry or affinity towards it
• Initial experience in sales or in the commercial sector is an advantage
• Good IT user skills are an advantage
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Communicative personality, very good manners, customer-oriented attitude
• Team player
