Your training at WWZ

As a CFC commercial employee, you are the central point at WWZ between customers, employees and the various specialized departments. You organize, communicate, process requests and learn how a modern company works.

During your training, you obtain exciting insights into different commercial fields. You work with modern digital tools, assume responsibilities and can bring in your strengths and your ideas. You are supported personally and professionally and you develop step by step to become an autonomous specialist.

What awaits you

• Varied tasks: You process requests, create documents and presentations, coordinate appointments and support various administrative tasks.
• Customers and communication: You are in contact with customers as well as with internal and external partners. You learn to communicate in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Insights into different fields: You discover different commercial activities - for example at the reception, in finance and accounting, in the personnel service or in other specialized departments.
• Assuming responsibility: You work increasingly autonomously, take charge of your own tasks and can get actively involved in the team.
