Production Expert_Packaging Devices (m/f/d) /GMP/Pharma/Production Project: For our client, we are looking for a Production Expert_Packaging Devices (m/f/d) in shift operation. The Packaging Devices area specializes in the assembly and packaging of pre-filled syringes and devices for the worldwide market in compliance with the highest GMP standards. As a Production Expert (m/f/d), you are part of the production team and contribute to ensuring a smooth, GMP- and SHE-compliant packaging process. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Independent execution of packaging activities according to applicable GMP regulations including identification and accounting of materials, performing in-process controls and sample withdrawals, goods transport and disposal, Line Clearance • Operation and cleaning of production and inspection equipment including IT systems (SAP, MES, OEE) • Independent documentation of all GMP-relevant work and malfunctions (SAP, MES, OEE) and immediate reporting of identified deviations and faulty conditions • Ensuring the availability of format parts, packaging materials and consumables at the place of use. • Evaluation and processing of alarms and malfunctions including commenting on these in the OEE tool • Clearing out and cleaning of the production and inspection equipment. • Disposal of waste at the production and inspection equipment. • Processing production orders in IT systems. • Coordinating and executing changeover activities in cooperation with the technical department • Active participation in the introduction, optimization and application of LPS tools • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Requirements: • Completed vocational training in the mechanical or electrical field • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the areas of packaging • Readiness for normal working hours as well as shift work in 2 to 3 shift operation • Good process and technical understanding • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP PM is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in a GMP environment, as well as good knowledge of GMP Languages: • German fluent (B2) Reference Nr.: 925164TW Role: Production Expert_Packaging Devices (m/f/d) Industry: Pharma Work location: Kaiseraugst Percentage: 100% Shift: 2 shifts with readiness for 3 shifts Start: 01.09.2026, at the latest 01.11.2026 – Application deadline: 24.08.2026 Duration: ++12 months Should this position have piqued your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
