Your varied position at Sozialregion Olten The social welfare office of Sozialregion Olten provides economic social assistance and personal advice for people in different life situations on behalf of the affiliated municipalities. For the team management in Regelsozialhilfe / Asylsozialhilfe, we are looking for an engaged and experienced specialist as Teamleiter/in Regelsozialhilfe/Asylsozialhilfe 60-100 % Your tasks: Case management in Regelsozialhilfe and Asylsozialhilfe • Checking and clarifying the jurisdiction and financial claims of the applicants according to cantonal and municipal regulations • Supporting the people in need in asserting claims against social insurances and other third parties • Advising individuals and families in difficult life situations and initiating individual measures and assistance • Writing reports and decisions as well as various administrative tasks   Team management • You support employees in complex case processes and technical questions • You ensure, together with your team, a high-quality, effective, and equal consultation • You work closely with the management of the social welfare office and support the development of processes and technical standards  Your profile: • You have a degree in social work at the tertiary level or an equivalent qualification • You have in-depth professional experience in economic social assistance • You want to take your first professional step into a management position • You convince through clarity, reliability, and communication skills    We offer you: • The opportunity to gain or expand experiences in a management position • A committed team and a professional working environment • Modern employment conditions and good further training opportunities • Scope for design in an organization in development We look forward to getting to know you.
