Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You are responsible for checking, correcting, and sending operation, discharge, and outpatient reports • You independently process insurance inquiries and cost guarantees • You act as the first point of contact for patients, family doctors, health insurance companies, insurers, as well as internal inquiries and are responsible for managing the secretariat mailbox and hotline • You carry out the billing of prescriptions as well as reports • In the absence of team colleagues, you take over deputy tasks • You complete various other secretarial tasks independently • You further develop the processes and workflows together with the management Your profile • You have training as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant or Medical and Hospital Secretary / Medical and Hospital Secretary • You already have professional experience as a medical practice assistant or medical and hospital secretary • You have good IT skills (MS-Office, KISIM knowledge is an advantage) and enjoy administrative work • You are an open, independent, team-oriented, service- and customer-oriented personality • Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing are required.
