Construction Manager 100% / Permanent Introduction On behalf of our client, an innovative, successful and established real estate services company in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced Type of work In this responsible function, you will take over the independent supervision of demanding construction projects and accompany them in close cooperation with the responsible project managers. You will be in direct contact with buyers and clients and ensure a professional and smooth implementation of the projects. Your main tasks include the coordination and management of the planners, contractors and suppliers involved, as well as the continuous monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality. You will competently accompany the client or buyer through the entire construction process, recognize possible deviations early and ensure the corresponding coordination and implementation of suitable measures. In doing so, you will assume a central interface function between project management, planning, companies and the client. Requirement profile To successfully master this exciting challenge, you have completed training as an eidg. dipl. Bauleiter/in or Techniker/in HF Hochbau and can draw on several years of professional experience in construction management. Ideally, you have sound experience in the field of renovations and refurbishments and know the special requirements for planning, coordination and execution associated with them. You bring good knowledge of common MS-Office applications as well as ideally experience with construction administration software, preferably Messerli. Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing are required.
