Business Performance Specialist 80-100% (m/w/d) Your Tasks Act as the central hub for reporting and Business Intelligence You are responsible for the construction, further development, and automation of the central performance reporting for sales, finance, and operational areas. As an interface between Operational Excellence, Finance, and the operational business, you ensure a reliable data basis and further develop modern reporting and BI solutions. With a holistic KPI framework and a clear «Single Source of Truth», you ensure that management and specialist departments can steer performance agilely and make data-based decisions. Your Mission Conception, construction, and continuous further development of a holistic, company-wide KPI system. This includes both financial and sales metrics. Responsibility for the monthly, standardized management reporting. Preparation, organization, and moderation of the monthly performance reviews with the department heads to discuss the KPI results and derive control measures. Strategic and operational construction of the company-wide Power BI reporting. Establishment and enforcement of clear data standards in the specialist departments. Carrying out regular controls to ensure excellent data quality in the CRM and ERP environment as a basic requirement for reliable reports. Linking data streams from different source systems (CRM, ERP, production/service). Construction of robust data models to evaluate process inefficiencies in close cooperation with the OpEx team (e.g., data-side support of KVP initiatives). Several years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence, reporting, or Data Analytics. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI as well as experience in the modeling and analysis of data Very good SQL knowledge and experience with modern cloud data architectures. Ability to translate complex business and production requirements into technical data models and to interpret data in the context of Operational Excellence (Lean/KVP). Analytical, detail-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high quality standard. Ability to prepare complex matters understandably and to communicate them in a target-group-oriented manner. Enjoyment of working with different stakeholders as well as a confident appearance towards specialist departments and management.
