Logistics Coordinator at Logistik Services

This position is part of the Essential Solutions (EssCo) business unit within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two independent units that will emerge from ANH as part of the sale to CVC Capital. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the -Logistik Services- team at our location in Sisseln and will carry out the assigned orders in a comprehensive and timely manner, complying with valid internal and external specifications. A committed team and a versatile and challenging field of activity await you. This position is to be filled permanently as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement. Your main responsibilities: • Goods receipt and control of incoming shipments under GMP conditions • Varied job rotation at several logistics workstations in different warehouses- • Organization of workflows in day shift work • Implementation of first-level support for the automated high-bay warehouses • Independent communication with internal and external bodies • Handling different ERP systems (SAP and WMS) What we offer: • Committed team • Further training opportunities and space for professional and personal development • Extra-mandatory contributions to the pension fund and attractive social benefits • Staff restaurant (menu is subsidized) • Free parking • Sportclub Sisseln & Fitness, Yoga, Hallenbad Sisseln What you bring with you: • Completed apprenticeship as a logistics specialist with additional training (e.g., Logistikfachmann/-frau) or a technical vocational training with adequate logistical knowledge • Experience in the maintenance of automated conveyor systems and stacker cranes • Reliable, independent and responsible way of working • Compliance with high quality and safety requirements • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage- • Good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage About the Essential Products Company EssCo builds on the strong vitamin heritage that is at the center of our business.
