Our client, the dynamic rescue area within the Department of Justice and Security (JSD) of the canton of Basel-Stadt, is looking for a established, experienced project manager, negotiation and assertive, responsible personality with commitment, vision, drive, and persistence as Experienced Project Manager In this responsible task, you will independently lead and control diverse, varied, and cross-departmental projects in the areas of security, emergency planning and organization, and support the area of protective buildings / civil defense facilities (ZSA) as a sub-project manager with the following main tasks: Technical, organizational, and financial management of projects of various kinds in the Military and Civil Protection Department Responsible for projects in the areas of emergency organization and planning, security (EKAS), population protection, and civil defense facilities (ZSA) Design, implementation of solution workshops, creation of guidelines Conducting audits, creating evaluations, and implementing operational and organizational improvement measures Leading the implementation of measures such as procurement, renovation, and renewal as a contact person for various interfaces - external, internal, cantons, and federal government Ensuring the achievement of project goals, adherence to schedules, quality, and costs, leading project and construction meetings, communication to management Experienced in project management - affinity for security and construction topics - Ambitious, committed, persistent, responsible, and convincing!
