Our client is a recognized organization in French-speaking Switzerland that supports many employers in the management of their administrative and regulatory obligations.

As part of the reinforcement of its teams, we are looking for an Affiliations, contributions & litigation Specialist.

This varied position combines analysis, regulation, company relations and management of complex files.

Missions

• Management of affiliations and administrative modifications
• Control of declarations and contributions
• Analysis of salary data communicated by companies
• Processing of decisions and regularizations
• Management of recovery and litigation follow-up
• Support for affiliated companies
• Participation in process improvement projects

Candidate profile

• Experience in Swiss social insurance.
• Experience within a fund, pension institution, management organization or similar regulatory environment appreciated.
• Knowledge of social contributions and how they work.
• Federal diploma in social insurance or equivalent training is an asset.
• Excellent mastery of Excel.
• Attention to detail, rigor and interpersonal skills.
