Right in the middle of it, where mountain experiences begin. At Grindelwald Terminal, you welcome guests from all over the world and are one of the first contact persons for their journey to the Jungfrau Region. You advise, sell, and maintain an overview even when things are busy. Customer Guide / Ticket and Travel Consultant

Your tasks:

• Customer guidance and access management: You coordinate and guide our guests in Grindelwald Terminal, manage the turnstiles, accompany the boarding of tour groups, and ensure an orderly and smooth process even during high guest volumes.
• Being there for our guests: You actively approach our national and international guests, provide orientation, and support them with questions and concerns.
• Sales & Ticketing: You sell travel documents and find the right offer for our guests.
• Advising with personality: You advise our guests competently on travel documents, offers, and excursion possibilities.
• Acting in a solution-oriented manner: For questions, concerns, or complaints, you find suitable solutions together with our guests.
• Rolling up sleeves together: You flexibly support your team in daily business and contribute to a smooth operation in Grindelwald Terminal.

What you bring with you:

• Joy in guest contact: You approach people openly and meet our guests in a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented manner.
• Suitable professional background: Ideally, you have training in retail, in the commercial sector, or comparable professional experience with direct customer contact.
• Linguistic proficiency: You have excellent German and very good English skills. Other languages are a plus.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work on weekends and at different working hours.
• Digital proficiency: You enjoy working with various IT systems and quickly find your way around new applications.
• Calm and overview: Even with high guest volumes, you work reliably and maintain an overview.
• Team spirit and positive charisma: You enjoy working with others and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team.
