In this key role, you are the central contact person for our employees and managers in all HR matters. You ensure professional support throughout the entire employee lifecycle and ensure that HR processes are implemented efficiently, reliably, and practically. In doing so, you actively help shape our HR processes, are responsible for central HR tasks (recruiting, payroll), and make an important contribution to the further development of our culture. Your mission - Creation of monthly payrolls as well as processing of payroll-relevant topics - Creation of year-end reports and coordination with external bodies (e.g., social insurance) - Creation and maintenance of employment contracts, work certificates, and personnel documents - Responsibility for applicant management and support of the entire recruitment process - Professional support of personnel-relevant topics in the context of audits and Board of Directors meetings - Further development and optimization of HR processes and workflows - Creation of HR evaluations and reports for the management and Board of Directors Your skills - Completed further training as an HR Specialist with federal diploma - Several years of professional experience in operational HR management as well as sound knowledge of Abacus (knowledge of the project management module is an advantage) - Very good knowledge of labor and social insurance law as well as in payroll administration - Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility - Assertiveness, discretion, and strong communication skills - Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing Our offer - Collegial, motivated team with flat hierarchies and uncomplicated culture - Varied activities with freedom for independent action - Attractive employment conditions with good social benefits - Flexible working hours, home office, and workation - Modern workplaces directly at the station or with a free underground parking space in Eschlikon Have we piqued your interest?
