To strengthen our team in the rolling mill, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a motivated and committed personality for quality control in 3-shift operation (m/f/d) at a 100% workload

Your tasks

• Continuous quality monitoring and documentation of the finished material
• Taking material samples of bar steels and wire rod coils
• Handling laboratory and special samples
• Controlling, evaluating and classifying material
• Administration and control of retained samples as well as preparation and transport of samples to the internal laboratory
• Carrying out confusion tests using spectrometer, spark test and sulfur extraction
• Ensuring impeccable order in the quality control area

Your profile

• Professional experience in a productive environment is an advantage
• High quality and responsibility awareness as well as a careful and exact way of working
• Flexible and willing-to-learn personality with team spirit and a pronounced sensitivity to occupational safety
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills
• Readiness for three-shift work
