Excellent presentation and sense of service. Comfortable with IT tools and hotel software (knowledge of Protel is an asset) Good management of priorities and autonomy. Mastery of French indispensable; English is required. Any other language constitutes an asset. Available to work at night. Perform check\-in and check\-out. Respond to guest requests and guarantee quality service. Perform daily closing operations (night audit). Ensure administrative follow-up and billing.
