Building Technician – CFC Electrician at 60% (contract for a maximum duration of 8 months)
The person hired will participate, in collaboration with the building and concierge service, in the technical monitoring, routine maintenance, and upkeep of administrative and municipal buildings.
Your main missions:
Ensure the monitoring and control of the technical installations of municipal buildings and ensure their proper functioning, notably electrical installations, heating, ventilation, lighting, access control, alarms, and security installations;
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work, mainly in the field of electrical installations;
Diagnose technical faults and malfunctions and ensure, depending on the required skills, their restoration;
Identify the maintenance and renewal needs of the installations and participate in the planning of interventions;
Occasionally carry out urgent interventions in municipal buildings;
Collaborate with the various municipal services and building users.
Your profile:
CFC as an installation electrician, an electrical installer, or training deemed equivalent in the technical field of buildings;
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of electrical installations, maintenance, or technical building operation;
Particular sensitivity to issues of security, compliance of installations, and energy efficiency;
Spirit of initiative and planning capacity, sense of responsibility and priorities;
Ability to work independently while integrating into a small team;
Good mastery of common IT tools;
Benefit of a category B driver's license;
Interpersonal ease and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors.
Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with municipal services, external providers, and building users.
Special conditions:
Resident in Bex or in the immediate surroundings in order to be able to intervene quickly in case of emergency;
Available and flexible;
Ability to occasionally perform interventions outside of usual hours in case of necessity.
