To reinforce our technical customer service, we are looking for a committed, independent and customer-oriented personality as a Service Technician for the Zurich region and surroundings.

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, mechatronics technician or a comparable training
• Ideally professional experience in technical field service, preferably in dental or medical technology
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of independent troubleshooting and problem solving
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
• High level of initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Driver's license category B
• Ideally residence in the Zurich region or surroundings

Your tasks

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of sterilizers and thermal disinfectors
• Independent analysis and rectification of technical malfunctions
• Implementation of planned maintenance and service assignments at our customers
• Competent advice and support of our customers on site
• Independent and efficient planning of your service assignments
• Careful documentation and reporting of the work performed
• Participation in regular internal product training and further education
