Project Manager Building Services (m/f/d)

You will take responsibility for demanding projects in building services and actively shape the energy-efficient and sustainable solutions of tomorrow. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with organizational skill and lead projects from the idea to successful implementation.

Tasks ##

• Overall responsibility for projects in the field of HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)
• Planning, management and monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Leadership and coordination of internal teams as well as external partners
• Interface to clients, architects and authorities
• Development of sustainable and energy-efficient building concepts
• Accompanying projects through all phases (planning, tender, realization)
• Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

Qualification ##

• Training or studies in the field of building services, HVAC or energy (HF/FH/Uni)
• Several years of experience in project management is an advantage
• Sound specialist knowledge in building services
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Confident appearance when dealing with various stakeholders
• Very good German skills, other languages are an advantage
