Real Estate Manager (m/f) 100%

For our client, a renowned, nationwide known large company in the infrastructure and logistics sector, we are looking for a motivated and assertive personality for the location in Zürich (Kreis 5), starting immediately or by arrangement. From immediately until the end of the year with the option of extension. Your Mission • You independently manage a versatile real estate portfolio (primarily commercial and industrial properties as well as a small share of residential properties) in the Zürich area. • You are responsible for market-compliant full leasing, vacancy management, as well as the acceptance and handover during tenant changes. • As a competent contact person, you maintain direct contact with tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and authorities. In addition, you manage (co-)owned properties and participate in owners' meetings. • You carry out periodic property inspections, create condition assessments, and actively participate in renovation and reconstruction projects. Qualifications • At least 3 years of sound experience in real estate management. • Further training in the real estate sector, ideally a Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager. • You are strong in communication, strong in organization, and maintain an overview even in busy times. • Proficient German (other foreign languages are not necessary).
