• Independent care of clients in their home environment
• Planning and organization of individual care
• Implementation of demanding care and treatment measures
• Monitoring the state of health and recognizing changes
• Advising and accompanying clients and relatives
• Coordination with doctors, therapists and other specialists
• Professional documentation of nursing services

Your profile

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Spitex experience is an advantage
• Good German language skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Good organizational skills
• Sense of responsibility and high initiative
