For the sustainable further development of the Bauschule, we are looking for a versatile, service-oriented personality for the further development of our Structural/Civil Engineering division starting from November 2026 or by arrangement. In this key role as division manager, you are responsible for the Structural/Civil Engineering division both technically and strategically. Together with your team, you will further develop our educational offerings, maintain exchange with the industry, and ensure that our training courses meet the current and future requirements of the construction industry. Your tasks Leadership and further development of the Structural/Civil Engineering division in technical, personnel, and economic terms Development, planning, and quality assurance of training courses, courses, and continuing education offerings Observation of trends and developments in the construction industry as well as their integration into the educational offering Taking on your own teaching workload in training courses and courses as well as active transmission of specialist knowledge Acquisition, support, and further development of lecturers and experts from practice Maintenance and expansion of the network to associations, companies, and other partners in the construction industry Active acquisition and recruitment of students as well as participation in marketing and recruitment measures Your profile Completed training as a dipl. Bauführer/in, dipl. Baumeister/in or a comparable higher education in structural or civil engineering, basic training as a dipl.
