Experienced Recruiter in the temporary staffing sector

Your tasks:

• Independent management of customer projects in the area of temporary staffing
• Identification and approach of suitable candidates via various channels
• Conducting interviews and evaluating applicant qualifications
• Active support and retention of existing customers as well as expansion of the customer network
• Co-design and optimization of recruitment processes
• Market analysis and observation of industry trends

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Recruiter in the temporary staffing sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• High service orientation and empathy
• Confident handling of common HR software solutions and MS Office
