Your responsibility :

• Legal cooperation primarily in the specialist areas of debt enforcement and bankruptcy as well as child and adult protection; occasionally, cases from other specialist areas of the Aufsicht Zivilrecht may also be added.
• Drafting of government council decisions including case management
• Drafting of supervisory law decisions including case management
• Legal clarifications

Your background :

• Completed legal studies (lic.iur./MLaw)
• Interest in the mentioned specialist areas
• Understanding and empathy towards people in difficult life situations

Generalsekretariat / Aufsicht Zivilrecht

The Aufsicht Zivilrecht is organizationally assigned to the Generalsekretariat der Sicherheitsdirektion and comprises five employees. It exercises the supervisory function over the areas of inheritance law, land registry, commercial register, child and adult protection, debt enforcement and bankruptcy, and civil status.
