Thun \| 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Ensure the deputy role of the Head of Security of the Armeelogistikcenter Thun in all matters during his absence • Be responsible for the entire value chain of complex security projects, from the initial risk analysis to final system integration • Manage interdisciplinary projects in the field of physical security (perimeter protection, video security systems and access control) considering budget, time and quality • Plan, implement and train documented awareness measures including focal point programs and campaigns • Advise and support the center management regarding the entire security objective setting process and act as a contact and coordination point for orders from third parties <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed technical or commercial basic training with further training as a Techniker/-in HF or equivalent training; further training in a police organization and further training in project management desired • Several years of experience in the field of security with in-depth knowledge of building security • Leadership experience is an advantage • Flexible, resilient personality with patience and empathy • Analytical, conceptual and networked thinking • Readiness for coercive measures and weapons training required <br /> In a nutshell As Head of Security Projects, you will take on a central role in the planning and implementation of demanding security solutions for the Armeelogistikcenter Thun.
