The Elementare Abklärung ELA of BSB provides competent help for people who have been excluded from the work process for a long time due to an accident or a physical or mental illness, as well as for young people who have not yet been able to integrate successfully into the working world. We are looking for an Arbeitsagogin / Arbeitsagogen 100 % as of 1. September 2026 or by agreement. Your role You will accompany clients of the Invalidenversicherung during standardized test procedures, instruct them, and evaluate the results according to defined guidelines. You will systematically observe behavior, conduct needs-based conversations, and carefully document your findings. Additionally, you will lead five to eight clients in practical and creative work with various materials. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with the case-managing Casemanagers and actively participate in coordination and final discussions.
