Requirements Profile ##

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience in a psychiatric environment
• Interest in crisis intervention and acute psychiatry
• Independent and responsible way of working
• High social competence as well as strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills
• Resilient, flexible and committed personality

Tasks ##

• Taking over primary caregiver work within an interprofessional treatment team
• Accompanying and supporting people in acute psychosocial crisis situations
• Promoting coping with everyday life and relationship management using evidence-based methods
• Cooperation with relatives as well as internal and external specialist agencies
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with medical, therapeutic and social work services
• Support and guidance of apprentices and students in their training
• Participation in development and change processes within the ward
• Shifts in 3-shift operation
