Introduction

For our client, an established and internationally active company in the Life Sciences sector, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as a Facility Management Specialist 100%. In this versatile key function, you will take over the central coordination of all facility management activities and contribute significantly to the safety, compliance, and efficiency of the building and operational processes. In doing so, you will work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external service providers and support sustainable and future-oriented standards within the company environment.

Tasks

• Coordination and control of external facility management service providers as well as monitoring of service quality, KPIs, and agreed services
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements in a regulated operational environment
• Support of access, security, and monitoring systems as well as support for trouble-free building operation
• Technical supervision of internal cleaning services including quality control and deployment coordination
• Responsibility for ordering, procurement, and contract management in the facility management area
• Support in budget planning, cost control, audits, and continuous optimization of processes and workflows
• Coordination of the vehicle fleet as well as participation in sustainable mobility and infrastructure topics
• Promotion of environmental, health, and safety standards through training and internal consulting

Profile

• Completed technical or commercial basic training with further training or connection to facility management, building operation, or a comparable specialization
• Professional experience in facility management or building management as well as in working with external service providers
• Knowledge in a regulated environment such as laboratory, pharma, medical technology, or comparable industries is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS 365 as well as affinity for digital building and security systems
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• High communication skills, service orientation, and assertiveness
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
