HR/Marketing Assistant 40-50%

Starting December 2026 or by arrangement

In this versatile role, you will support our HR department and the management in the areas of HR, marketing and communication. Your tasks are:

HR & Administration

• Administrative support for the HR department
• Assistance with recruitment and applicant management
• Support with joiners and leavers
• Absence management and processing of time tracking

General administrative and organizational HR tasks

Marketing & Communication

• Planning and implementation of marketing activities
• Creation and coordination of posts, advertisements and communication media
• Organization and support of customer events and events
• Coordination with agencies, partners and brand representatives
• Support with PR and communication topics
• Contribution of own ideas for the further development of our appearance

What you bring with you:

Commercial training or comparable qualification; Joy and ideally experience in HR, marketing and communication; Organizational and communication talent; Very good MS-Office skills; Abacus and Visual-Time are an advantage; Very good German skills and stylish written expression; Independent, reliable and structured way of working; An uncomplicated personality who thinks ahead and likes to roll up their sleeves
