*Excellent German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
*Polished appearance and enjoyment of interacting with people
*Successfully completed VBV exam (incl. Life and Non-Life sectors) as an insurance intermediary
*Spirit of innovation as well as willingness to actively manage performance and success
