As Team Leader Hard Machining (m/f), you will lead and coordinate your team and ensure smooth processes as well as production that is on schedule, meets quality, and is cost-effective. With your technical know-how, you will identify optimization potential, drive improvements, and, together with adjacent departments, ensure the high quality of our production. In this way, you combine leadership and technology and make an important contribution to our precision and performance. Your area of responsibility * Leadership and coordination of the team during shift operations as well as ensuring efficient personnel deployment and smooth workflows. * Ensuring production that is on schedule, meets quality, and is cost-effective in the hard machining area in compliance with the specified quality standards. * Control and optimization of production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and initiating suitable improvement and counter-measures. * Ensuring technical and organizational cooperation with adjacent areas such as Production, PPS, and Quality Assurance. Your qualifications * Completed basic technical training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ. * Several years of professional experience in machining, ideally in hard machining. * Leadership experience or pronounced leadership competence * High understanding of quality and processes as well as an independent, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working.
