Senior SAP QM Consultant (LIMS \& Certificate Automation) (76057\) Task We are looking for a Senior SAP QM Consultant (LIMS \& Certificate Automation). For our [needs], we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP QM Consultant for a forward-looking digitalization project in the field of quality assurance. The goal of the project is the continuous end-to-end automation of quality testing in the laboratory environment: from the automatic assignment of inspection lots in SAP QM to external testing laboratories (LIMS connection) to the automatic receipt, system-side input, and validation of digital quality certificates (Certificate of Analysis / CoA) including automated usage decision. In the current project phase (Q3 2026), the focus is on the creation of a sound functional and IT concept (process design, system architecture, LIMS interface specification). After successful concept approval, the gradual implementation, configuration, and integration in the SAP system shall take place from Q4 2026. Your task: Process analysis \& target concept: recording and analysis of existing QM and laboratory processes as well as definition of target processes for automated inspection lot and certificate processing; Creation of functional \& IT concept (Q3 2026): elaboration of the detailed functional and IT concept (blueprint) for the interface connection of SAP QM to laboratory information systems (LIMS) and external testing laboratories; Certificate automation: conceptualization of the automatic receipt, recording, and assignment of digital quality certificates (Certificates of Analysis / CoA) directly to the SAP inspection lots; Specification of interfaces: creation of functional and technical specifications for interfaces (APIs, EDI, IDoc, Web Services) and automated workflow processes; Preparation for implementation (from Q4 2026): preparation and support of the implementation phase (customizing in SAP QM, support of development, integration tests, User Acceptance Testing; Stakeholder management \& workshops: close coordination and moderation of workshops with specialist departments (quality assurance, IT, laboratory partners) in an international platform for one week of on-call service every seven weeks (SRE principle). Requirements Many years of experience as a Senior SAP QM Consultant / Solution Architect with profound module knowledge (inspection processing, inspection lots, quality certificates, usage decision) Demonstrable experience in the conception and implementation of interfaces between SAP QM and LIMS (laboratory information systems) or external testing laboratories Experienced handling of the automated processing of quality certificates (receipt, validation and assignment of Certificates of Analysis in SAP QM) Proven experience in the creation of comprehensive functional and IT concepts (blueprints) as well as requirement specifications in the SAP environment Fluent English skills in speaking and writing (project language for concepts, documentation and international meetings) Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured approach and experience in moderating specialist department workshops German language skills Industry experience in the food (FMCG), consumer goods, or process industries taking into account relevant quality standards (GXP, HACCP, ISO ) Knowledge of agile project methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) as well as hybrid approach models in SAP transformation projects Project duration 3 months with option for extension Contact person Michael , , write e-mail (<>) jpid741d9e8jm jit0833jm jiy26jm
