For our energetic branch in Baden, we are looking for a new Personnel Consultant for long-term reinforcement in the area of construction/allied construction trades such as structural & civil engineering, painters/plasterers, and other exciting industries. Job Description ## Your tasks - versatile & responsible: • Drive the expansion of your sectors in the Baden region • Acquire new customers and proactively manage existing customer relationships • Recruitment of qualified specialist personnel • Conduct job interviews and selection of suitable applicants • Carry out customer visits and construction site inspections • Administrative and organizational tasks during the employees' work assignments What we expect ## • Completed apprenticeship in a construction or craft profession or training in sales or commercial administration (KV) with sound knowledge of the construction industry • Driver's license Cat.
