Architect / Project Manager Planning (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %

Your area of responsibility

• Management of demanding construction projects in all SIA sub-stages
• Leading the planning team and coordinating interdisciplinary internal and external cooperation
• Planning and controlling milestones and responsibility for successful project execution
• Designing strategies and concepts in the team and in close contact with our clients
• Developing project and performance descriptions as well as contracts and leading the planning and permit phase
• Taking over the design management in the realization phase and ensuring architectural and spatial quality

Your profile

• University degree in architecture, ideally Master's
• Mediation competence between planning, economic and ecological-cultural aspects
• Future-oriented, networked way of thinking and empathy as well as solution orientation towards clients, specialist planners and authorities
• Competitive personality with strong communication skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of Swiss legislation and SIA standards
• Language proficiency in digitalization topics and promotion of internal and external collaboration with the BIM method
