In the course of an early planned succession arrangement, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality with proven expertise in the field of education as of 1 May 2027 or by arrangement:

Head of Education / Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d) 100 %

Your broad area of responsibility:

• Strategic and operational management of the training and continuing education department as well as participation in the Executive Board
• Further development of the educational portfolio along the needs of the market, members and the industry
• Management, promotion and further development of the teams in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland in close cooperation with the Head of French-speaking Switzerland
• Initiation and implementation of innovation and transformation projects in the field of education
• Further development of digital learning formats as well as integration of new technologies, particularly in the area of AI
• Representation of EXPERTsuisse in commissions, specialist committees and towards external stakeholders
• Management of cross-departmental projects as well as co-shaping the corporate strategy

For this key function, you bring the following competencies and experiences:

• University degree or equivalent higher education with a business administration background
• Proven leadership experience in higher vocational education or adult education
• Several years of leadership experience with overall responsibility for complex organizational units, ideally in a matrix organization
• The ability to build sustainable relationships with companies, authorities as well as lecturers and speakers
• Experience in the strategic further development of educational portfolios and the implementation of change projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong result orientation as well as a leadership understanding with high expectations for individual responsibility
• Sound judgment as well as the ability to bring different interests together and bring about binding decisions
• Confident appearance as well as strong communication and moderation skills
• Proficient German as well as very good French skills
