Facility Project Manager - Utilities & Automation (M/F)

• 26 juin 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • français (Intermediate) • 1000 Lausanne As part of the modernization of our infrastructures (Facility) and the optimization of our production site, we are looking for a Facility Project Manager to lead a portfolio of cross-functional technical projects. You will work on the continuous improvement of our installations, coordinating projects related to utilities, HVAC, automation, and IT interfaces. You will ensure the global management of works, from execution to commissioning (Commissioning & CQV), in strict compliance with the site's quality management system (QMS). Project Portfolio and Deployments ### You will have full responsibility (coordination, execution, interface with internal resources) for the following sites: • IoT System Deployment (Deadline: September 2026) • Implementation of an IoT infrastructure and deployment of the first wave of sensors (Temperature/Humidity, water leak detection, meters). • Deliverables: Management of change (MOC), planning, Commissioning, and updating of technical documentation (Infor). • Fire System Centralization (Deadline: October 2026) • Implementation of a centralized interface, directly accessible from computer workstations, in order to accelerate the identification and localization of alarms. • Utilities Upgrade / Water Softener (Deadline: November 2026) • Upgrade of the water softener system (Steam humidifier) and global supervision of installation works. • Canalis Project / Electrical Distribution (Deadline: December 2026) • Coordination of work execution, rigorous QMS follow-up, and management of stakeholders. Profile sought and Skills ### • Education: Engineering degree (Bac+5) or technical Master (MSc). • Experience: Proven experience in managing complex industrial projects (Project Management). • Required technical expertise: • Infrastructures & Utilities: Very good mastery of demanding environments (cleanroom modifications, HVAC, industrial utilities). • Validation (CQV): Solid skills in equipment qualification and CQV engineering (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation). • Automation & IT: Proven ability to interface industrial equipment with information systems (IT interfaces, Automation). • Soft skills and Methodology: Absolute documentary rigor (QMS, MOC), leadership to unite internal/external resources, and excellent communication.
