Healthcare Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) (80-100%) wanted in Schiers

For our clients – leading hospitals, nursing facilities, and Spitex services – we are looking for qualified and committed Healthcare Specialists EFZ (m/f/d) who ensure high-quality care with professional competence, empathy, and a sense of responsibility.

Your tasks:

• Care and nursing of patients in inpatient and outpatient facilities
• Supporting registered nursing staff with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Carrying out medical procedures such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, blood glucose measurement, and medication administration
• Promoting patient independence through targeted activation and rehabilitation measures
• Communication with relatives, interdisciplinary teams, and doctors to ensure optimal care
• Documentation of nursing processes and participation in quality assurance

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy, and joy in working with people
• Structured and independent way of working as well as teamwork skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
