Industry Sector Manager 80-100%

What you make happen
Driven by union values, you lead and support a team of five people and actively contribute to the regional management. You develop the union presence in companies, recruit new members and strengthen militant networks. You steer negotiations as well as various projects and campaigns. You support collective conflicts, ensure compliance with CCTs and represent Unia within joint commissions or with staff commissions.

What you bring

• Higher education or training deemed equivalent, ideally completed by management training
• Experience in the union field, in team and campaign management
• Very good knowledge of the Vaud economic fabric and good knowledge of the industrial sector
• Very good organizational, priority management, communication and management skills
• Driver's license
• Committed and rigorous personality with good initiative and a capacity to propose ideas
• Excellent knowledge of French and writing proficiency
